First Time at Church!

Preston didn't get to church until he was 7 weeks old. I was going to take him at 5 weeks but I was sick and then at 6 weeks we were in Idaho.

He did so well at church. He slept THE ENTIRE 3 HOURS. Dream baby. Seriously. Here are the pics:

Week 7

Week 7 was a hard one for all of us. My grandpa passed away on September 11, so on the 18th, we flew to Idaho Falls for his funeral on the 19th. It was pretty crazy to take such a little baby (6 weeks old) on an airplane. Luckily the flights were short and Preston mostly slept in his dad's arms.

Preston had had a stuffy nose for a week by the time we left, and it really flared up on our trip! Poor baby! And poor me. I hardly got any sleep at all.

Our hotel was really awesome and had a gorgeous view of the Snake River and Idaho Falls temple. The weather was amazing too! It was in the 70s during the day and the 40s at night. It was weird to have to make sure Preston was bundled up. We are definitely not used to cold weather. He doesn't even have a jacket that fits him.

Weeks 5 and 6

Lots of pictures! Preston had his 1 month appointment during the 5th week. He weighed 10lbs. 6.5 oz. and was 22" long. He was in the 70th percentile for height and weight and the 85th percentile for head size. He must have a huge genius brain in there!

Preston rocked some tie-dye from his Aunt Stephanie, learned to looooove the bath, ate himself dizzy (and had a full belly!), kicked his legs out of his swaddle, continued to have bad acne, made some cute faces, slept on his daddy, in his swing, and in his crib in his own room (for the first time!), and showed off his awesome ear hair.

Week 4

My mom left at the end of week 4 and we were all sad, especially her! =) Preston got to meet his great-grandma Reynolds this week. We also took a four-generation Reynolds picture with Michael, his dad, and his grandma.

Preston rocked a mohawk, did some hardcore sleeping, and got a big crop of acne all over his face. He also learned to really like sitting in his high chair.
